My journey to becoming a Prodcut Designer

Web Development and Design

2010-2012

In 2010 I stepped up and start study at “Sela College” web design and development.

Fast forward to 2012, after almost 2 years of hard studying I was 100% sure I had more passion for design than development.

First job as a Web Designer (MediaGroup)

2011-2017

I started to look for my first job as a web designer and had the luck to work in “MediaGroup”.

I worked on SEO for one year and when I finished, I became one of the company’s web designers.

Product Designer (Freelance)

2017-till now

I decided to step into the product design domain. I started small, initiating my own freelance projects and personal ventures, dedicating my free time, holidays, and weekends to product-oriented work. I enjoy “refreshing” my skills each year with a new project to expand my UX experience across different domains and challenges.

Web Design Lead (TrioMarkets)

2017-2018

After 4 years as a web designer with many cross-variant clients, I had the opportunity to work for a new company as the only Lead Designer.

I led different projects – designed the company’s website, designed attractive landing pages and so on…

UX Diploma, Head of Product Design (Net-bet)

2018-2021

At the end of 2017 I heard of the term “Product Designer”. I was curious about it so I started reading articles about UX, what UX Designers do and what it means.

I decided to become a professional in this field, and to accomplish this I was assigned to the UXV program by the one and only – Tal Florentin who is considered one of the best mentors in this field. It was a very challenging and enjoyable diploma course, and I learned A LOT.

Parallel to my studies, I had the opportunity to start a new job as the product designer at a product company (theLotter). I had the pleasure to lead 3 talented designers (for 2 years), coaching and mentoring them.

Senior Product Designer (Axonius)

2021-2022

Had the pleasure to work at “Axonius”, Cybersecurity asset management platform that helps secure and manages connected devices in use by business. I was working on complex user flows (including enhancment of RBAC architecture system), improving the UX of the platform, ensuring usable and holistic user journey.

Staff Product Designer (HUB Security)

2022-2023

Reported to the CPO, led the UX/UI efforts for HUB Security’s products, conducting usability sessions with users and establishing the foundation of the company’s design system. Also mentored and managed a freelance product designer who supported the maintenance and evolution of the system.

Principal Product Designer (Bright Security)

2023-till now

Reporting to VP Product, I led complex UX for critical features of an AI-powered vulnerability detection platform, owned the full design lifecycle, scaled a MUI-based design system to cut dev time by 40%, conducted usability testing, and ensured a cohesive global user experience.
